Netflix has ordered a new original series based on Salman Rushdie's 1981 novel Midnight's Children, which deals with India's transition from British colonialism to independence.

Sony Xperia 1 V launch date has been announced by the company, and the next "One" branded smartphone is set to make its debut next month. While the company is yet to reveal details of its upcoming phone, leaked renders have already given us a sneak peek at the handset as well as its specifications.
