Zomato on Tuesday announced it has acquired Uber's Food Delivery Business in India in an all-stock deal and Uber will have 9.99 percent stake in Deepinder Goyal-led food delivery platform.

Sony Xperia 1 V launch date has been announced by the company, and the next "One" branded smartphone is set to make its debut next month. While the company is yet to reveal details of its upcoming phone, leaked renders have already given us a sneak peek at the handset as well as its specifications.
